ResQ Voice and Data is a collaboration between ResQ Computers and Clearline Telephones; two successful companies from Carmarthenshire, South Wales.

Ian Muxworthy (technical) - Specialisation network administration, system design and analysys. Originally an engineer for the BBC; Ian wrote the first computer aided studio production software used by the BBC. Left to form his own business in 1989.

 

Steffan Davies (technical) - Specialisation network administration and configuration, technical support and email systems. Previously an ICT adviser for the Welsh Assembly Goverment and lecturer in IT and Web Design, Steffan has over 20 years experience in ICT.

Clive Downey (technical) - Specialisation Telecommunications Voice over IP network infrastructure.Clive has 20 years' experience at a senior level within BT and left to form Clearline Telephone Systems in 2002.

Robert Turner (administration) - Specialisation sales and administration. Previously a manager for Game and has considerable experience of company management and buying; keeping our prices low for our customers.

Barry McFarlane (technical) - Specialisation network infrastructure, wireless broadband, telephone systems and programming. Years of experience setting up and programming phone systems and troubleshooting.

Tomos Muxworthy (technical) - Specialisation WIreless Networking/Broadband, PC building and repairs, network fault finding and troubleshooting. Tom has built and repaired many thousand of machines in his 8 years with the company.

 

Alan Davies (technical) - Specialisation Broadband/WIreless support, technical support, software, programming and SIP/VOIP systems.

 

Shaun Evans (technical) - Specialisation PC building/repairs and workshop management. On site fault-finding and repairs and front desk support.

 

Anthony Davies (wireless broadband engineer) - Specialisation Wireless Broadband installations and support, workshop support.

Brian Lloyd (administration) - Specialisation accounts and Tax. 30 years experience primarily as a HM tax inspector. Company accountant and secretary.
